Lindsey has over 25 years’ experience as a Manx advocate in both the public and private sectors. Her private sector experience includes commercial and chancery litigation (including trust litigation), regulatory issues (particularly with an enforcement angle), anti-money laundering and white-collar crime.
In terms of public sector experience, Lindsey was the first Director of the Island’s Financial Intelligence Unit from 2016 – 2019 and previously worked in H.M. Attorney General’s Chambers dealing with international co-operation and advising the Island’s law enforcement agencies on financial crime matters.
