Karl Foden
Karl is a Chartered Accountant who, for over 30 years in multiple jurisdictions, has operated at CEO and Director level in Offshore Banking, CSP activity and Funds administration. This includes acting as Island head of Standard Bank Isle of Man Group for over 10 years.
He brings a wealth of offshore finance practical experience, was project lead in a number of successful regulatory rectification projects, including Standard Bank Fund Administration Jersey. As well as being part of investigation teams on regulated business’ put into liquidation, examples include acting for the liquidator for the Louis Group by way of appointment by the FSA.
