Hazel Dawson

Hazel is an experienced lawyer who, as part of her varied practice, provides advice on Isle of Man corporate law issues and commercial advice to clients in relation to a wide variety of transactional work. 

Hazel’s areas of expertise include acquisition and asset finance, corporate banking and finance, business and asset sales, and joint venture and shareholder arrangements.  In her practice she regularly advises regulated service providers, financial institutions, individuals and SPVs on a range of corporate and regulatory issues.  Hazel also has considerable experience advising Isle of Man companies listed on capital markets in relation to REITs, debt and bond listings, IPOs, reverse takeover, restructuring and rights issues.
