Claire Foden

Claire is a Senior Associate involved in advising both international and local clients.

Claire graduated with a degree in Human Biosciences (Hons) before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course. Claire then returned to the Island, where she undertook her Articles with Gillian Christian at Keystone Law and was called to the Manx Bar in October 2021.

Claire is an integral member of our dispute resolution team and has a broad range of experience assisting on trust and commercial litigation, regulatory matters and complex fraud.

Claire is also a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths.
