Ali Thomas

Ali qualified as a Manx Advocate at a local firm in 2003 and has remained practicing locally ever since.  After qualifying, she has built up extensive experience in family law. She specialises in all aspects of divorce including financial proceedings. Ali handles all manner of child proceedings including relocation cases.  She has particular expertise in the drafting of Pre and Post Nuptial agreements and Co-habitation agreements. She is able to assist in relation to domestic violence matters and care proceedings.  Ali is a well-respected and experienced Advocate who is able to offer sound advice and excellent guidance.

In addition to her legal practice, Ali is a qualified Family Mediator and is able to mediate both financial and child disputes.

Away from the office, Ali is the Chairperson for Victim Support Isle of Man.

Ali is also a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths.
