Adam Killip

Adam Killip is a Manx Advocate and qualified Notary Public with a diverse practice predominantly in corporate/commercial and financial services law, although he is also recognised as one of the leading lawyers in the Isle of Man in the Fintech and blockchain sector. 

Adam regularly acts for local and international clients in the following areas:

• Corporate sales and purchases;
• Corporate re-structuring;
• Banking and finance transactions;
• Negotiating commercial contracts; and
• Regulatory licensing and registration.

Outside of his work at Whittles, Adam is a director of the Manx Motor Cycle Club (which promotes the Manx Grand Prix motorcycle races in August/September each year) and is a member of the Manx Harriers sub-committee responsible for organising the Parish Walk (an 85-mile walking challenge held in June each year).
